Combination Of Barbecue Chicken And Duck

Another classic Chinese favorite; we present to you a succulent combination of barbecue chicken along with barbecue duck,  marinated overnight and made just so the meat is perfectly tender, oozing with flavor. This dish tastes wonderful when paired with steamed rice or noodles and make sure to add a bit of the Four Seasons Chili oil if you like your heat. The dish in the picture is from the famous international chain, The Four Seasons restaurant in Siam Paragon in Bangkok. They serve a number of combinations i.e. the dish in the picture is a two meat combination but you can also choose a three meat combination if you wish, which turns out to be cheaper.

The Popular Thai Red Curry

Thai Red Curry and Thai Green Curry are two of the most popular dishes in Thailand and believe me or not, most places prepare these dishes almost equally good. We have previously posted about green curry and this time, I am going to describe this beautiful Red curry dish prepared by none other than the “Yana Restaurant“. “Yana” is one of my personal favorite places for Thai food not just because they provide Halal food, because their food is always packed with flavor. Just look at it, stuffed with chicken and all the necessary herbs to give that authentic Thai punch. There are three choices for main ingredient: Chicken, Beef or Shrimp. The soup is made with red curry paste and rich coconut milk. Flavors from all the herbs add a rich aroma which makes overall dish a memorable one.

The Pad Thai at it’s best

It’s a common problem for the Muslim travelers in Bangkok to find authentic “Halal” Thai food. There are several “Halal” food shop in Bangkok but in most of the cases, the food standard is not up to the mark. While researching about foods and restaurants of Bangkok, I have found this “Halal” shop whose rating was superb and its location is also very convenient. This restaurant is called “Yana Restaurant” and it is located in the 5th floor of “MBK” shopping center. After my first time experience, I immediately became a fan of this restaurant and I suggest every Muslim travelers who wants to experience authentic Thai food without any hesitation, to go there. I have tried several items in their menu, most of them are super delicious but I have found their “Pad Thai” extraordinary. I have tried Pad-Thai in many places both in Thailand and Bangladesh but Yana’s Pad Thai is number one in my list. Presenting you the “Thai Stir Fried Noodle With Eggs (Pad Thai)”. There are three versions of this. You can try it with chicken, beef or shrimp. Three of them are as lovely as they can get.

The Chocolate Lava Cake

For the chocolate lovers, this dessert dish is heaven in a plate. This is my favorite type of dessert which is a perfect combination of fire and ice.  A warm chocolate cake with beautiful silky chocolate lava inside and to balance it’s warmth, there is a vanilla ice-cream sitting just next to it, and finally to make it picture perfect, it is decorated with cream, chocolate syrup and a chocolate dipped cherry on top. Yes, I was describing the perfect “The Chocolate Lava Cake” of the famous dessert chain shop “Swensens“. The presentation of this delicious dish is truly a treat for the eyes.
