During our last trip to Bangkok, my wife treated me to TSU Japanese Restaurant at the JW Marriot for my birthday, which is one of the top five restaurants in Bangkok on Trip Advisor. This experience was truly the epitome of fine dining, sleek and chic in ambience and delicacies exploding with flavour. Beautifully created by Japanese Head Chef Yukio Takeda, we present to you the SALMON TSUSTYLE SASHIMI. This fresh and soft Norwegian Salmon Carpaccio is perfectly crafted with onion cress, garlic, fresh ginger and splashed with Yuzu soy sauce, olive and sesame oil. The Salmon, which has been beautifully treated can be had as an appetizer and is perfect to bring you up to a main. We highly recommend this dish and if you are a fan of Salmon, then it is one that should not be missed.
