How beautiful does this look? Not only does this dish look exquisite, but it tastes divine. Let us introduce you to the mouth-watering, fall-of-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth lamb rack or as it is called in French Cuisine, Carré D’Agneau Rôti. The roasted New Zealand lamb rack coated with herb crust and served with butter grilled vegetables and a lightly flavoured red wine sauce is absolutely to die for and should not be missed. If you are in Thailand for a holiday, head over to the lush island of Samui and pay a visit to one of the top fine dining spots at the moment, Chez Francois. You must reserve before you go or else you will not find place and bear in mind, that you can only order their degustation menu which consists of either 4 or 5 courses. Within that, you can choose what you would like for each course. Everything we tried was to die for, but the stand out dish was the lamb rack.
